I think that the muzzle device on Gewehr 98 is a sound suppressor rather than a grenade launcher. It appears to be a simple cylinder, unlike Gewehrgranatengerät, and seems to be attached not coaxially. And what is the sense of using a grenade launcher on the sniper rifle, while sniper scope and sound suppressor are often seen together. Also the Colt pistol is an M1911, not M1911A1: note the flat mainspring housing (below the grip safety) while A1 has a curved mainspring housing. And the SMG that is seen between Thompson and UD M42 is a MAS-49 with folded magazine. I also have a guess that Fred's revolver is a Colt but its exact model couldn't be identified. Thx very much! And second sniper rifle? --Pandolfini (talk) 10:29, 31 August 2014 (EDT)
Sorry, I do not know much about such rifles. It looks like a Mauser style rifle, with the turned-down bolt handle, so maybe it's a sporterized version of 98k but maybe not. Greg-Z (talk) 11:00, 31 August 2014 (EDT)
