Sahara (1983)

Sahara is a 1983 British-American adventure romance film about automobile race in the Sahara in 1927, directed by Andrew V. McLaglen and starring Brooke Shields, Lambert Wilson, Horst Buchholz, John Rhys-Davies, and John Mills. The film was one of the biggest-budgeted films released by Cannon Pictures and proved to be one of the studio's biggest flops. Lambert Wilson happened to also co-star in the unrelated 2005 action film with the same name.
