Glock 17
FBI Special Agent Mike Weston (Shawn Ashmore) carries a Glock 17 as his chief sidearm throughout Season 2. FBI Special Agent Gina Mendez (Valerie Cruz) also carries a Glock 17 as her sidearm in the series.
Jericho 941 Compact
In "Family Affair", Mark (Sam Underwood) briefly uses a Jericho 941 Compact. In "Reflction" Mark fires his Jericho 941 Compact in a abandoned factory, later, Gisele takes the gun.
Smith & Wesson SW1911SC
Former FBI agent Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) carries a Smith & Wesson SW1911SC as his chief sidearm throughout Season 2. Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) is armed with a Smith & Wesson SW1911SC in "Resurrection" (S2E01). Ryan is seen carrying the Smith & Wesson when he enters in the Carlos' house. The Smith & Wesson SW1911SC is used by Ryan to shoot at Luke near the end of "For Joe" (S2E01)
Smith & Wesson M&Pc (Compact)
Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) also uses a Smith & Wesson M&Pc (Compact) during the second season. Hardy takes a M&Pc from his apartment for protection in "Trust Me" (S2E03). In "Family Affair" (S2E04), a M&Pc is used by Ryan while in a confrontation with Gisele in the subway. In "Reflection" (S2E05), Ryan fires his Smith & Wesson M&Pc in a abandoned factory.
SIG-Sauer P232
In "Trust Me" (S2E03), Judy (Carrie Preston) takes a SIG-Sauer P232 and tries to shoot Joe Carroll with it, but she discovers that Joe has emptied the gun.

Colt M4A1
In "Trust Me" (S2E03), several FBI SWAT agents are armed with M4A1 rifles to clear a home. An Colt M4 can be seen in Lily's armory in "Family Affair" (S2E04).
Sniper Rifles
Remingon 700 PSS
In "Trust Me" (S2E03), several FBI SWAT agents are armed with Remington 700PSS during the episode.

In "Family Affair" (S2E04), Lily Gray and her family are seen preparing their armory, which contains several weapons, including a AK-47, a Micro Uzi, a KRISS Vector, a Heckler & Koch MP7A1, Colt M4's and a Jericho 941 Compact.
