The Heckler & Koch HK33 is the rifle used by the Gateway Prison guards on the wall. The guards use it to shoot up the Mustang driven by an inmate in the yard. It is also seen being held by prison guards during a confrontation Frank Leone (Sylvester Stallone) has with Warden Drumgoole (Donald Sutherland) in the execution chamber.
