The MP5

- Though it's late (well, for me anyway), I don't see any barrel lugs. Could it actually be a Chopped-and-Converted HK94A2? StanTheMan 03:35, 10 October 2010 (UTC)

Not sure how you can see at all, given the size of the pic. But since it has a detachable SEF lower receiver, it's not one of the partially-converted HK94s. -MT2008 04:36, 10 October 2010 (UTC)
- Bah, didn't even think about receiver. N00b mistake I guess, well like I said it was late. Cool though. Crummy as this film is (And it is crummy), there should be more on it, namely the scene where they actually rob the police armory, there's several additional guns there, one of which I believe had some kind of desert camo paint job all over it. Among some other stuff. StanTheMan 23:16, 10 October 2010 (UTC)

Shane Black's gun

It is Identified as a Mossberg 500 but it's a Mossberg 590. MoviePropMaster2008 09:21, 10 November 2009 (UTC)

Sgt. Reed's shotgun

What model is Sgt. Reed's shotgun that he uses at the end of the film? I think it's a Winchester 1300 but I'm not sure. --Ben41 10:40, 11 November 2009 (UTC)

Remington Model 31

Sgt. Reed's shotgun has the bolt partly at the top of the receiver, like the Win 1300 seems to have, but the mag tube is different, has the Rem 31 style which is seen on Ithaca's 37 too. But the bolt on the Rem 31 doesn't seem to be partly at the top of the receiver.--Predator20 14:11, 11 November 2009 (UTC) I thought it could be Remington as well, but that bolt really doesn't match.--Ben41 00:13, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

Duh. it's a High Standard K-1200 ;) MoviePropMaster2008 00:18, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

High Standard K-1200

So, is Michael Douglas's shotgun in Black Rain also a high standard with a pistol grip? It has a similar bolt? --Ben41 00:33, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

Whoa Not even close! Look at the handguard, handguard ring, barrel attachment to the mag tub, top of the ejector hole. The original guess is correct - its a 31 with an extended mag tube. Black Rain's gun is not this shotgun. MoviePropMaster2008 00:46, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

Reed's shotgun is a Stevens 67. Look at the trigger guard in the other shots. It's not a model 31. The ejection port also matches the stevens 67. -J3

Armored Car

What model was that armored car used in the final assault on the Resistance?

I believe it's one of the Cadillac Gage Commando series with a turret mounted on top. A Cadillac armored car attacking Cadillac Heights, you gotta love the irony.--Wildcards 02:51, 29 March 2011 (CDT)

Security Pistols

Got a few extra HD caps of the movie before it went off on Netflix - Most of 'em I've posted on the main page, but this one I would like initiate discussion about (obviously) -

The stainless gun looks more like a S&W auto in this shot, while the blued pistol next to him appears to be a Jericho 941. But these are tough to tell. Any thoughts? StanTheMan (talk) 01:04, 5 March 2015 (EST)
