This pistol isn't an ordinary P08. It was discussed on Russian web sites and the only guess was that it is a converted Luger Carbine, like this one:

I'm guessing Luger carbines are pretty rare though, and to modify one into a more common Luger pistol is just idiotic, from a financial and a shooting standpoint. --Funkychinaman (talk) 13:13, 18 August 2013 (EDT)
