Accuracy International Arctic Warfare series
The Accuracy International Arctic Warfare series of rifles can be seen in the following films, television series, and video games used by the following actors:
NOTE: IMFDB really needs someone who is good with the AW rifles and can tell the more subtle variants apart from each other - i.e. L96 from AW and AWM, AWP from AICS, etc. This page was crap before, treating every AW variant as if it were the L96 (which is the British service version) and eschewing the other variants. However, I don't know enough about the platform to tell them apart, and distinguish between them all in the movies where they appear. So anyone who wants to help out, please do. Thanks. -MT2008
AW
Also known as the L96A1 in British military service; this is the most basic variant (and by far the most common, either in movies or in the real world.) Chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO or 5.56.x45mm.

- Counter Strike: Source ("AWM/P" the heavy sniper rifle for both sides))
- Conflict: Desert Storm 2 Back to Baghdad (erroneously shown as being semiautomatic)
Anime
AWM
The "Arctic Warfare Magnum"; a more powerful version of the original AW chambered in either 7mm Remington Magnum or .300 Winchester Magnum.
Video Games
AWP
The "Arctic Warfare Police", chambered in a variety of different calibers, such as 7.62x51mm NATO, 7mm Remington Magnum, .308 Winchester, and .338 Lapua. It is distinguished from the original AW/L96A1 and AWM by its shorter barrel (lacking the muzzle break) and a black-colored stock.
Television
- Lennie James as Robert Hawkins in Jericho
AW50 / AW50F
The biggest, largest-caliber variant of the Arctic Warfare rifles, chambered in .50 BMG. The "F" model, designed for the Australian military, differs in that it has a folding stock and a Madco barrel.
Television
- Jamie Draven as Jamie Bow in Ultimate Force (AW50F)
