In "Justified" (S07E09), Mitch Barrett (Mo Gallini) fires a Beretta 3032 Tomcat through a door at Flack & Danny. Lindsay is later seen processing the weapon.
The Glock 17 is carried by most of the CSIs and NYPD officers throughout the season.
In "The 34th Floor" (S07E01), Detective Mac Taylor (Gary Sinise) is seen with his Glock 17.
In "Sangre por Sangre" (S07E04), Hazel Ortega (Lymari Nadal) holds an NYPD officer at gunpoint with the officers Glock 17. Mac is also seen with his Glock 17 at the end of the episode.
In "Do Not Pass Go" (S07E06), Mac is again seen with his Glock 17 when clearing a warehouse.
In "Hide Sight" (S07E07), Mac is seen with a Glock 17 when clearing a house.
In "Scared Stiff" (S07E08), Mac draws his Glock 17 in central park at night while chasing a suspect.
In "To What End" (S07E11), Danny is seen using his Glock 17 when searching a house.
In "Holding Cell" (S07E12), Danny uses his Glock 17 again when confronting a suspect at a night club.
In "Out of the Sky" (S07E05), Detective Danny Messer (Carmine Giovinazzo) is seen with his Glock 19 when checking a car for suspects and later when confronting his old partner.
In "Hide Sight" (S07E07), Danny is again seen with his Glock 19 when checking a car for an assailant.
In "The 34th Floor" (S07E01), Detective Lindsay Monroe Messer (Anna Belknap) uses a Glock 26 when confronting Sean Casey (Edward Furlong) in her home.
In "Sangre por Sangre" (S07E04), Jo Danville (Sela Ward) prepares to draw her Glock 26 on Hazel Ortega in the hospital.
In "Do Not Pass Go" (S07E06), Jo Danville is again seen with her Glock 26 when clearing a warehouse.
In "Scared Stiff" (S07E08), both Jo and Lindsay used their Glock 26s when searching a funeral home.
Starting in Season 7, Detective Don Flack (Eddie Cahill) carries a SIG-Sauer P226 Elite.
In "The 34th Floor" (S07E01), Flack is seen with his SIG-Sauer P226 Elite when confronting Theodore Westwick (Brett Tucker).
In "Unfriendly Chat" (S07E02), his SIG-Sauer P226 Elite is again seen as he clears an apartment.
In "Sangre por Sangre" (S07E04), Flack returns fire with his SIG-Sauer P226 Elite after being ambushed by members of "Los Puños" gang.
In "Out of the Sky" (S07E05), Flack uses his SIG-Sauer P226 Elite when checking a car for an assailant.
In "Do Not Pass Go" (S07E06), Flack is again seen with his SIG-Sauer P226 Elite when clearing a warehouse.
In "Hide Sight" (S07E07), Flack once again uses his SIG-Sauer P226 Elite when searching a house for a suspect.
In "To What End" (S07E11), Flack uses his SIG-Sauer P226 Elite when clearing a house.
In "Holding Cell" (S07E12), Flack uses his SIG-Sauer P226 Elite again when confronting a suspect at a night club.
In "Unfriendly Chat" (S07E02), Christopher Garcia (Ricardo Molina) is seen with a 1911 style gun, possibly a Colt Defender or a Colt Commander, when he tries to kill Adam.
In "To What End" (S07E11), Bobby Renton (JD Pardo) uses an unknown SIG.

In "Out of the Sky" (S07E05), jewel thieves are seen carrying Heckler & Koch MP5A3s. Dr. Sheldon Hawkes (Hill Harper) is later seen test firing the weapon in the lab. (Note that the guns are fitted with collapsible stocks and Navy trigger groups. I wasn't able to get an un-blurred picture).
In "Hide Sight" (S07E07), NYPD officers are seen with Heckler & Koch MP5A3s.
In "The 34th Floor" (S07E01), NYPD ESU officers are seen with Colt Model 933s.
In "Hide Sight" (S07E07), NYPD ESU officers are again seen using Colt Model 933s.
In "Hide Sight" (S07E07), Tom Reynolds (Mark L. Young) is seen with an unknown sniper rifle. (NOTE: I have included many images to help identify the rifle, once it has been positively identified, I will remove some of the images.)
