Hendly takes one after he knocks out a guard at the airfield. He takes it in the airplane, but never uses in. It is also seen on various nazi guards in the camp.
Luger P08
After Captain Virgil Hilts (Steve McQueen) escapes and steals the German uniform and motorcycle, he finds a Luger P08 in the German's holster. He draws it when he thinks he is spotted.
MG-42
Seen on guard towers and is used to massacre the 50 prisoners at the end of the movie.
Walther P38
One of the escaped prisoners takes one from a gestapo officer and shoots him with it after he is spotted.
