John Casey (Adam Baldwin) continues to use a customized SIG-Sauer P226 Tac Ops as his sidearm. The pistol is fitted with an Elite slide with front cocking serrations, TRUGLO Tritium Fiber Optic front sight, and extended Magwell grips on a 20 round magazine. The pistol also has nickel accents, and nitron finish of the slide removed from the raised portions of the cocking serrations replaced with the nickel accents.
Several SIG-Sauer P226 pistols are seen in "Chuck Versus The Santa Suit" (S4E07), notably held by CIA security and Shaw (Brandon Routh). Sarah's old CIA handler Ryker (Tim DeKay) uses a P226 during a mission in Budapest with Sarah 5 years ago, as seen in "Chuck Versus the Baby" (S4E08).
In "Chuck Versus the Baby" (S5E08), Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski) is seen wielding the Smith & Wesson 5906 (her main sidearm of the past four seasons) during a mission in Hungary five years ago. She also seen dual-wielding 5906's in the episode.

Smith & Wesson 5903
In a continuity error in "Chuck Versus the Baby," Sarah's 5906 becomes a Smith & Wesson 5903 whilst hidden in a baby carriage at a Hungarian Cafe.
In Season 5, Sarah appears to change over to a stainless slide Smith & Wesson M&P as her main sidearm instead of the 5906 which is evident by the slide profile. In "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S5E02), she draws it during the rescue mission. She also is seen with it in "Chuck Versus the Frosted Tips" (S5E03).
Jane Robertson (Catherine Dent) is seen pulling a suppressed Browning Buckmark Pistol when entering the Buy More in "Chuck Versus The Business Trip" (S5E04).
In Season 5's "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S5E02), a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 fitted with a suppressor is seen displayed in the office of Gertrude Verbanski (Carrie-Anne Moss). This handgun was taken away from Casey by Gertrude while on a mission in 1995 (the Mk23 was issued to USSOCOM in the 1990's).
Jean-Claude's men are armed with the Heckler & Koch USP in "Chuck Versus the Zoom" (S5E01). In "Chuck Versus The Bearded Bandit", a USP is seen in the hands of several agents training at Verbanski Corp.
Black Jericho 941 with stainless slides are pulled by Bale (Craig Kilborn) and his security guards on Sarah and Morgan in "Chuck Versus the Zoom" (S5E01).
Timur (Jack Dimich), the Russian software thug, carries a gold-plated Desert Eagle with Ivory Grips in "Chuck Versus the Hack Off" (S4E05). This is one of the same guns built for Austin Powers in Goldmember; the weapon appeared in a previous season of Chuck, but in this episode, the ivory grips were left on (unlike the previous episode where they were removed and replaced with factory black grips). Independent Studio Services, the armorers who supplied the weapons for Chuck, also supplied weapons to Goldmember.
In "Chuck Versus The Bearded Bandit", a Kimber MCSOCOM ICQB (the precursor to the Kimber Warrior) is seen in the hands of an agent training at Verbanski Corp.
Carl Schneider (Jeff Fahey) is holding a suppressed nickel slide Taurus PT 24/7 pistol on Chuck and Morgan in "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S1E02).
In "Chuck Versus the Frosted Tips" (S5E03), Casey (Adam Baldwin) contemplates whether to take his SIG or a 4" Smith & Wesson Model 500 to the shooting range. He mentions that bringing the Smith & Wesson would show that he's "rugged and reliable," whereas the SIG would be "sleek & sophisticated."
Shaw uses the M4A1 fitted with an EOTech sight, and weapon light (similar to one used by Casey in Season 4's "Chuck Versus the Aisle of Terror") after stealing it out of the armory in "Chuck Versus the Santa Suit".
A Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun with a sawed off stock is used by a gunman who holds up a convenience store in "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit". It's later held by Chuck.
In Season 5's "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S5E02), Casey is seen carrying a 12 gauge O/U Shotgun while disguised as a hunter. He is later seen holding the shotgun inside the house.
A pistol is seen in silhouette during the opening credits of each episode of Chuck. This pistol appears to be an amalgamation of a Beretta and a Jericho 941.

Tranquilizer Baby WE Hi-Capa 3.8 (Type 8)
The "Trank Gun" frequently seen used by Chuck in the series is an airsoft handgun known as the Baby Hi-Capa 3.8. The airsoft pistol is customized to fire tranquilizer darts with the standard "Green Gas" rather than airsoft pellets. It is also customized with an extended barrel due to painting over the orange tip (required by US law), with metallic silver paint. A red or green laser sometimes accompanies the gun on it's bottom accessory rack. The ammunition is varied, but most commonly used are the "10mg Darts". The darts can also be stuck manually into someone to gain the same effect. It has been referred to several times that the medication in the darts is a diluted Tetradotoxin (Anhydrotetrodotoxin) solution. There is another kind of dart that has a fast-acting small dose of Ketamine. The vents on the slide indicate that it is a Type 8. Because of Chuck's distaste for real weapons, the team begins to use the trank guns much more often beginning in Season 4, especially on kidnapping missions. The trank guns are often used on unarmed/unsuspecting persons instead of more lethal weapons.
In "Chuck Versus the Kept Man" (S5E09), a new weapon codenamed AEGIS is seen. The AEGIS new type of submachine gun with an extremely advanced safety system that prevents friendly fire. The prop appears to have elements of an MP7, but doesn't appear to be capable of actually firing blanks. The arms dealer's supplier, St. Germaine, had himself and his men armed with AEGIS guns as well.
"Castle" was the code name for the underground CIA/NSA substation where Sarah, Casey, Chuck, and Morgan communicate with their superiors (mainly General Diane Beckman). Starting in Season 5's "Chuck Versus the Zoom" (S5E01), The Buy More and everything underneath it (namely the former "Castle") was bought by Chuck & Sarah, and is now the property of "Carmichael Industries", the freelance spy organization started by Chuck and Sarah. Sarah mentions that they now have Cruise missiles, and two private jets.
In Season 5, several weapons are displayed in the office of Gertrude Verbanski (Carrie-Anne Moss) of the Verbanski Corporation.
