The Tuskegee Airmen is the 1995 HBO World War II film that told the true story of the formation of the 332nd Fighter Group, the fighter/bomber squadron composed of the first African-American combat pilots in the U.S. Army Air Corps. The film's cast includes Laurence Fishburne, Allen Payne, Andre Braugher and Cuba Gooding Jr., who also appears in 2012's Red Tails, another feature film about the squadron.
