New versions of images

Seems you were trying to upload a new version of an image and running into the usual issue of it apparently not updating. It does update, but it takes a while (as in sometimes days) for the image page to change. On the work page itself you can force an update by changing the image size; for example, 500px to 501px. The Series 70 is there. It's listed under it's full name Colt Mark IV Series 70 or something like that. Luckily with Mythbuster's it's done with good light so you can get a good look at them. Most of the time we have to go with the generic M1911A1. --Predator20 01:18, 3 December 2011 (CST)

RE:Mythbusters

FN Minimis have a flat sided handguard with textured panels, whereas M249 variants have horizontal grooves and aren't textured. --commando552 14:20, 3 December 2011 (CST)

Maadi Griffin

It took me a bit to remember the make of the rifle. Before the company was involved in a dispute with the BATFE you used to be able to get mail order kits advertised in various gun magazines. The ones i remembers were in "Shotgun news". I've also more recently read about their problems with the BATFE. As far as IDing the gun I wasn't sure until I found a comparison image between the LAR Grizzly and the Maadi Griffin.Rockwolf66 00:06, 4 December 2011 (CST)
