Why does this exist?

A majority of the weapons aren't real and we don't do that kind of stuff here. How did this even get pass? Excalibur01 23:08, 16 August 2011 (CDT)

I was never told that the majority of the weapons had to be real, just that at least two did (or in this case, 6; the M61 Vulcan, the RPG-7, the Walther P5, the Heckler & Koch SMG, and the AK-47s and M16A1s in the ED) and even then we have plenty of quality pages that only denote one real firearm and get passes due to being well built (as opposed to the dozens of anime pages that still lack screenshots, descriptions or even proper formatting). Plus many of the fictional ones here (namely the futuristic Kalashnikov and the semi-auto pistols) could be mistaken for real world designs pretty easily if the reader isn't weapons-savvy.--PistolJunkie 00:32, 17 August 2011 (CDT)
