Years after the war, Ramsey and several of his former soldiers return to Vietnam to film a TV documentary about their reunion, but tensions are high, as the men of E Company blame Ramsey for a friendly fire incident that resulted in the deaths of several Marines. As the men revisit old battlefields, the events leading up to the day in question are shown in a series of flashbacks. In the United States, the film was released on DVD under the title Under Heavy Fire
