FBI Special Agent Art Jeffries (Bruce Willis) carries as his sidearm throughout the film the Subcompact version of the Smith & Wesson Sigma in .380ACP .
SIG-Sauer P226
The SIG-Sauer P226 is used by Shayes (Peter Stormare) in the confrontation on the train. A SIG is also pulled by Lt. Colonel Nicholas Kudrow (Alec Baldwin) on the rooftop at the end of the film. The same gun was later used by Art Jeffries (Bruce Willis).
M16A1 with A2 style handguards
An M16A1 with A2 style handguard is used by Peter Burrell (Lindsey Lee Ginter) to "hold off" the SWAT team at the skyscraper.
Heckler & Koch P7M8
A Heckler & Koch P7M8 is used by Peter Burrell (Lindsey Lee Ginter). When a man appears to have used the P7 in a murder-suicide, Art wonders how a non-rich family can afford a $1500 handgun.

FBI HRT members use the Heckler & Koch MP5A3 notably during the bank standoff and during the rooftop shootout.
