Darkest of Days
The following weapons appear in the 2009 first-person shooter game Darkest of Days:
Note: This is an incomplete list.
Springfield Musket
Musket that appears in the Battle of Antietam level.
"Morgan James Rifle"
Sniper rifle used by the player in the Battle of Antietam level.
Mauser C96 "Broomhandle" Pistol
Machine pistol used by the player during World War 1. Anachronistic as the full-auto versions of the C96 did not exist until the 1920s. The reload animation has a goof. The stripper clip's rounds are stripped into the sights rather than through the ejection port into the magazine.
Gewehr 1898 Rifle
Bolt action rifle used by the player in World War 1
"Automatic Machine Pistol-60"
Futuristic flechette rifle given to the player on random occasions. Often the player uses futuristic weaponry on opponents wielding primitive weaponry such as muskets and bronze swords.
"Assault Rifle-55"
Futuristic assault rifle.
It is based from Heckler & Koch G11
"C07 Shotgun"
Futuristic semi-auto shotgun.
"MA-22 Rocket Launcher"
Futuristic rocket launcher. In-game footage shows the MA-22 similar to the FGM-148 Javelin, except on steroids.
Luger P08
Mostly used by German armies in WW1 and WW2.
Mosin Nagant
The M1891 Mosin-Nagant Infantry Rifle, or as it is referred to in-game, the Nagant, is a bolt-action, 7.62mm Rifle from the 20th century era, available in reasonable supply in any World War I level, used exclusively by the Russians.
1860 Henry
Incorrectly seen with rear loading port. Seen (incorrectly) as being the standard cavalry rifle at little big horn.
Incorrectly seen as being able to reload ridiculously quick by switching cylinders.
You can switch cylinders, just not by breaking the gun open as protrayed in game.
Colt Walker
Most likely the large revolvers seen being fired by General Custer.
Maxim Gun
Seen used in all of WW1 and in WW2.
MP-34
Seen used by German troops in WW2 used with a snail magazine.
DNGr Pistol
The DNGr Pistol is a post-22nd century century side-arm.
