The Replacement Killers
Beretta 92FS
Chow Yun-Fat as John Lee and Mira Sorvino as Meg Coburn use the Beretta 92FS throughout the movie. Used most by John Lee in either single or akimbo style.
Browning Hi-Power
Meg Coburn (Mira Sorvino) uses a Browning Hi-Power handgun to take out a number of Wei's men during the shoot out at her office. She keeps it as her primary defensive weapon at her reception desk in a concealed holster while dealing with incoming clients.
H&K USP
John Lee (Chow Yun-Fat) takes and uses an Heckler & Koch USP handgun from one of Wei's men and kills three or so other assassins during the shootout at Meg Coburn's office. It is not a compact model as erroneously referred. It has the full-sized service model's angled trigger guard, full length slide and exposed hammer.
Colt Model 635
One of Mr. Wei's men at the car wash is carrying a 9mm SMG version of the AR-15 rifle.
John Lee also utilizes a the same style of rifle. In the scene where he is to commit his assassination of the detective, he assembles the 635, along with scope and suppressor, but does not fire due to a crisis of conscience when he sees the detective with his family. (Note: Of course it is questionable and curious as to why a professional assassin would consider using a short barreled 9mm submachine gun in the role of sniper rifle for a hit in the first place.)
H&K MP5SD6
Some of Wei's men are armed with H&K MP5SD6 submachine guns.
H&K MP5K PDW
MP5K PDW with folding stock. Later you also have the famous MP5K suitcase. (Yes it does exist)
Beretta M12[1]
Used by one of the assassins (played by Danny Trejo) that tries to kill John and Meg.
Colt Commando with M203 Grenade Launcher
IMI Desert Eagle
Colt Python Snub Nose
Kahr K9
The gun Mira Sorvino pulled from the thug "Loco's" pants before getting his car keys and other armaments during the alley scene.
