Walther P99

In the pilot episode Detective Lucinda (Anne Dudek) uses a Walther P99 at the police shooting range before handing the weapon off to Shawn Spencer (James Roday) who procedes to fire several shots each adjacent to the Detective's hits. It was Also Used by Pierre Despereaux in "Extradition British Columbia" although his version was Chrome.

Glock 19

Detective Juliet O'Hara (Maggie Lawson) carries a Glock 19 pistol as her primary sidearm.

Also used by Detective Carlton Lassiter (Timothy Omundson) as his primary sidearm.

Glock 19 (3rd Generation) - 9x19mm

Walther PPK

In one episode Detective Carlton Lassiter (Timothy Omundson) retrieves a stainless Walther PPK from a bowl of peanuts on his counter to incapacitate an intruder armed with a Ruger P89.

Ewen O'hara (John Cena) carries one of these in his right combat boot, Detective Carlton Lassiter (Timothy Omundson) then inquires about it and examines the weapon remarking that it is "A sweet gun."

Also used by Raylene Wilcroft (Anne Marie DeLuise) in the episode "Woman seeking dead husband: Smokers Okay, No Pets"

Ruger P89

In the same episode mentioned above a suspect kidnaps Shawn and holds him at gun point in Lassiter's home with a Ruger P89 until Lassiter puts a round in his shoulder with his PPK.

Desert Eagle

In one episode Shawn, Gus (Dule Hill), and Lyin' Ryan (Jonathan Silverman) are pursued by assassins armed with Desert Eagle pistols.- Only one of the assasins (the mustache guy) carried this gun the other one carried a Walther P99. This weapon is also used by Treasury Department Special Agent Lars Ewing (Lou Diamond Phillips) in the episode "Psy Vs. Psy", an odd weapon for a federal agent to use.

Desert Eagle Mark XIX - .50 AE Chrome Silver

Beretta Cheetah

In the episode "Psy vs. Psy" Lindsay Leikin (Bianca Kajlich) pulls a Beretta Cheetah on Shawn after he exposes her as a counterfeiter and murderer.

Ithaca 37

In the episode "Bounty Hunters" Byrd Tatums (Kevin Sorbo) attacks Shawn, Gus, and Dwayne Tancana (W. Earl Brown) on the latter's acomplice's boat armed with a sawn-off Ithaca 37.

Heckler & Koch VP70

In the episode "Bounty Hunters" Byrd Tatums draws a Heckler & Koch VP70 on Shawn and Gus at the police station after they trick him in a prisoner exchange.

Beretta 92F

In the episode "Bounty Hunters" Juliet O'Hara appears to have traded in her Glock 19 for a Beretta 92F as her sidearm.

Also used by Mace Rhoden (Roger Haskett) in the episode "There's something about Mira".

Phil Stubbins (Alan Ruck) uses this weapon in the episode "Gus walks into a bank".

Garth Longmore's(Michael Rooker) partner (John Hawkes) carried this weapon in the episode "Shawn Takes a Shot in the Dark".

Beretta 92FS - 9x19mm.

Heckler & Koch MP5A2

In the episode "Extradition: British Columbia" a RCMP ERT officer points a Heckler & Koch MP5A2 at Shawn and Gus after their failed sting operation.

Also used by fake Spanish guards in the episode "The Greatest Adventure In The History of Basic Cable".

Colt Single Action Army

In the Episode "High Noon-Ish" Hank Mendel (James Brolin) and Stinky Pete Dillingham (Jim Beaver) both use Single Action Army revolvers with 5 1/2 inch barrels and different custom finishes.

Smith & Wesson 3913 "Lady Smith"

In the Episode "There Might Be Blood" Ashley (Kelly Overton) uses a Smith & Wesson 3913 "Lady Smith" during her shootout with Lasiter, Juliet, Chief Vick (Kirsten Nelson), and Commander Barbara Dunlap (Jane Lynch).

Used by Ranger DeSoto (Gardiner Millar) in the episode "Forget Me Not". Also in "Lassie Did A Bad Bad Thing" Several SBPD Officers can be pictured using a Mossberg 500.

Used by Detective Carlton Lassiter (Timothy Omundson) when he is in the re-enactment and by Griffin Mahoney (Peter Michael Goetz) in the episode "Weekend Warriors".

Ryan (Blaine Anderson) uses a tranquilizer dart gun disguised as a camera with a telescopic lens in the episode "And down the stretch comes murder".

Nailgun

Used by Kelly (Tosha Doiron) as an attempt to kill Shawn Spencer (James Roday) in the episode "Lights, Camera...Homicidio".

AK-47

Used by Derek Ford (Jere Burns), Melanie Ford (Jordan Baker) and Eugene Franks (Richard Keats) in the episode "Disco didn't die. It was murdered!"

In the episode "Shawn Takes a Shot in the Dark" there is a picture on the wall of the gas station. In the photo Garth Longmore (Michael Rooker) is holding a M14 rifle as a member of LRRP (Long Range Reconnaissance Patrol).
