In the opening sequence and at end Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt) holds a S&W 4506 to the "Narrator's" (Ed Norton) mouth. This was the gun the "Narrator" took from the detectives that were questioning him.
Colt Python
Tyler Durden pulls a Python out of the narrator's bag before going to the "human sacrifice" in the store, a 6 shot .357 Magnum.
