Ted Jones (Gary Cole) carries a pair of nickel SIG-Sauer P226 pistols as his sidearms throughout the movie. The one he uses to kill the Asian hitman in his house is a flashbulb-firing "non gun" SIG look-a-like rented from International Studio Services.
Beretta 92G Elite II
Officer Carol Brazier (Rosie Perez) carries a Beretta 92G Elite II as her sidearm throughout the movie. She notably uses it in the car chase with Dale and Saul, and during the attack on the grow house.
Colt Gold Cup National Match
One of Ted Jones' henchman, Matheson (Craig Robinson) carries a stainless Colt Gold Cup National Match, a high end target variant of the M1911A1, as his main sidearm throughout the movie. Later in the film, Saul Silver (James Franco) takes it from him after a scuffle, and uses it to shoot Matheson in the arm. Saul then briefly uses it during his and Dale's escape, but leaves it behind when the two come across better weapons at their disposal. You can identify this as a Gold Cup most clearly in picture six, you can see it has the adjustable sights and raised sight rib a unique feature of the Gold Cup. Also in picture six you can somewhat make out the "Trophy" logo of the Gold Cup series, and well as the general shape of the Gold Cup marking on the slide.
Makarov PM
Ted Jones' other henchman, Budlofsky,(Kevin Corrigan) carries a stainless Makarov PM as his sidearm throughout the film. Unlike Matheson, Budlofsky seems less adament about using his weapon which annoys his partner. He does however, hastily use it to kill a fellow henchman, Pete, (Peter Lewis) when Dale takes him as a hostage near the end, rather than see to his demands. Ironicaly, this in turn, shocks Matheson.
Browning BAR Safari Mk II
When Dale arrives at his girlfriend Angie's (Amber Heard) house on the run, his frantic, and stoned demeanor disturbs her father Robert (Ed Begley, Jr.), who goes to retrieve a Browning BAR Safari semi-automatic rifle. When Saul arrives unexpectedly, Robert returns with the BAR, and fires three shots at the two, missing each time, and tearing up his own home in the process. After Dale and Saul explain the situation, Robert is briefly seen with his rifle again in his garage, when he orders Dale and Saul (who believed that they were going with them) out of his van.
Mossberg 500
When Carol corners Dale and Saul with her patrol car, and slams into their own stolen cop car, a Mossberg 500 can be seen holstered to her right.
Beretta 92FS
When Saul steals a patrol car belonging to the Police Liaison Officer (Cleo King) that arrested Dale, she attempts to stop him by firing off a few rounds at him from her Beretta 92FS, but fails to stop him before Officer Carol Brazier pursues him in an ensuing car chase. During the attack on Ted's grow house, Ken (Ken Jeong) also uses a Beretta 92FS to wound Carol, who returns the favor by empting her final three shots on him.
Armscor M30R6
Red (Danny McBride), retrieves a sawed-off Armscor M30R6 from the weapon cache hidden in his wall when he and Dale (Seth Rogen) prepare to to break Saul (James Franco) out of the Ted's (Gary Cole) grow house. Although he chickens out later and flees the scene before they enter, he returns at the climax of the film. After using his car to run over and kill Matheson (Craig Robinson), he proceeds to fire the shotgun at the dead man's foot, blowing part of it off.
Smith & Wesson Performance Center Model 629
One of the weapons Dale Denton (Seth Rogen) retrievs from Red's weapon cache is a Smith & Wesson Performance Center Model 629 with a scope rail. When he arrives at Ted's hideout, Dale uses it to threaten one of Jones' henchmen Pete, (Peter Lewis) who is quickly killed in turn by Budlofsky (Kevin Corrigan) to avoid a hostage situation. Afterwards, Dale wastes no time in handing over this, and his numerous other weapons.
Kimber Ultra Crimson Carry II
Another weapon retrieved from Red's cache is a Kimber Ultra Crimson Carry II, not a two toned Para-Ordnance P-12 as previously thought. It is taken from Dale when he surrenders to Ted's men.
Smith & Wesson Model 640 Centennial
Yet another weapon retrieved from Red's cache is a Smith & Wesson Model 640 Centennial. Like all of the others that he takes, this gun is also taken from Dale when he surrenders to Ted's men. In a deleted scene Dale thinks the bullets are Skittles, and Red tells him it will shoot M&Ms, peas, and chopped up baby carrots, or pretty much whatever you put in it.
Remington 1866 Derringer
A stainless Remington 1866 Derringer is briefly seen being held by Red while he and Dale are preparing for Saul's rescue.
AKM
Several of Ted Jones' henchmen can be seen wielding AKM assault rifles while they are on guard at his grow house. They are also used in the ensuing battle against Jones' Asian competitors. Dale (Seth Rogen) retrieves one from a gun rack after saving Saul, and uses it until it runs out of ammo, just before his faceoff with Ted.
A Micro Uzi is also used by one of the Asian hitmen.
Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith"
Saul is briefly seen chambering a Smith & Wesson 3913 "Ladysmith" when he and Dale find a gunrack full of loaded weapons during their escape. Another 3913 is briefly used by one of Ted's henchman before he is gunned down by Dale and Saul.
Smith & Wesson 539
When Dale and Saul retrieve guns from the rack in Ted's grow house, Dale is seen chambering a nickel plated Smith & Wesson 539 which he briefly uses after his AKM runs dry.
Smith & Wesson Model 39
Matheson briefly uses a Smith & Wesson 39 to kill Budlofsky for "going soft".
Heckler & Koch MP7A1
While Red and Saul are distracted following Matheson's death, Carol picks up a discarded Heckler & Koch MP7A1. She fires a few rounds at Red, (this being the third time in the movie that he has survived being shot) and prepares to kill Saul, right before Ken's bomb detonates, sending Red's Daewoo Lanos crashing on top of her.
