Live Free or Die Hard
The following guns were used in the film Live Free or Die Hard:
Sig Sauer P220R
The main weapon Bruce Willis' character uses until he switches to the Px4 Storm.
H&K UMP
Virtually all of the terrorists use the Heckler & Koch UMP. They are seen with Red dot laser sights, reflex sights, vertical grips and Tactical Flashlights mounted on them.
Heckler & Koch G36C
Another weapon used by the terrorists is the Heckler & Koch G36C. Like the UMPs, they have red dot laser sights and tactical flashlights mounted on them.
Colt M4A1 Carbine
The M4A1 Carbine is used by the FBI agents, being fitted with ACOG Scopes.
Jericho 941
One of the guns Thomas Gabriel (Timothy Olyphant) uses is a stainless steel Jericho 941.
Beretta M92FS
One of the terrorists is seen with a Beretta M92FS.
Heckler & Koch HK416
The gun used by the terrorist snipers, first in the shootout at Matt Farell(Justin Long)'s apartment, and later during chase scene in Washington D.C., is the H&K HK416.
H&K P2000SK
Mai Lihn (Maggie Q) uses a silenced H&K P2000SK when she and some terrorists are in the power plant.
Beretta Px4 Storm
A terrorist trying to kill John McClane (Bruce Willis) is using a silenced Beretta Px4 Storm. John McClane then picks it up and uses it in the second half of the film.
Glock 21 SF
John McClane (Bruce Willis) lunges out after a Glock 21 SF in .45 ACP.
Not a Glock 21, maybe a 3rd generation Glock 17 or a Glock 19.
That's not a Glock at all; that's his Sig P220R, which he drops at one point during the apartment shootout. He uses a Glock briefly during the power plant scene, and the Glock he uses is clearly a Gen 3 -17 or -22.
H&K MP7A1
Another gun used by Thomas Gabriel (Timothy Olyphant) is the Heckler & Koch MP7A1 using one to kill some of his associates, and later Gabriel's henchman "Emerson" uses a Heckler & Koch MP7A1 to wound McClane moments before the rescue of his daughter Lucy (Mary Elizabeth Winstead).
