No Way Out (original Italian title Tony Arzenta; also released under the title Big Guns) is a 1973 Italian crime movie directed by Duccio Tessari and starring Alain Delon as mafia hitman Tony Arzenta who decided to get out from his blood business.

Smith & Wesson Model 10 Snub Nose
Several mobsters carry snub nose revolvers in various scenes. The guns are seen briefly and blurry but the 6-shot cylinders and the shape of the frame and front sights allow to make a guess that these are Smith & Wesson Model 10 Snub Nose revolvers. As only a single gun is seen at a time, possibly this is a single prop reused.
