Peacemaker is an action comedy series intended to serve as a spin-off to James Gunn's The Suicide Squad. It follows the titular Peacemaker/Christopher Smith (John Cena), after being paroled from Belle Reve federal prison on the condition that he complete a series of contract killings on metahumans known as "butterflies".

The following weapons were used in the television series Peacemaker:

Handguns

Glock 20

Emilia Harcourt (Jennifer Holland) carries a second generation Glock 20. In a conversation in episode three, she tells Peacemaker that her first Glock was a Glock 20, a gift from her parents when she was 12 years old. Interestingly, just a few minutes later we see her drop one, and the smooth grip and lack of an accessory rail clearly identifies it as a second generation. Assuming that the character is intended to be the same age as the actress, then her 12th birthday would have been just as Glock was winding down production for Gen 2s, and thus it's entirely possible that she received a Gen 2 for her birthday and that she still carries that same pistol. Even today, Gen 2 Glocks are still kicking around in good condition, so it's entirely plausible.

Interestingly, when Peacemaker hears of a 12 year old getting a Glock 20, he says "that's a lot of gun for a little girl". He's got a good point, as the Glock 20 was actually adopted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, but the 10mm Auto cartridge was too powerful and recoil proved hard to handle, leading to the invention of the .40 S&W, a weaker version of the same round.

IMI/Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark XIX

Peacemaker/Christopher Smith (John Cena) carries the same modified Desert Eagle Mark XIX from The Suicide Squad. It appears to be a custom barrel attachment just slipped over the standard 10" barrel, akin to The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day. Peacemaker is somewhat a parody character, and extreme and somewhat comically over the top violence is a common motif, so it would check out that he would be equipped with an absurd handgun so pointlessly large that even a completely gun-illiterate viewer could pick up on the joke.

SIG-Sauer P226R

Clemson Murn (Chukwudi Iwuji) draws a SIG-Sauer P226R in episode 3, and pulls an additional one out of a crate to hand to Leota (Danielle Brooks).

Walther P99

Vigilante/Adrian Chase (Freddie Stroma) uses a two-tone Walther P99 with a slightly bronzy-tinted stainless steel slide, which he keeps in a hip holster when not in use.

Shotguns

Kel-Tec KSG

In episode five, "Monkey Dory", Peacemaker uses an all-black Kel-Tec KSG in combination with X-Ray goggles to a extremely violent effect. When he first grabs it, Harcourt acknowledges how overkill it is, leading to possibly the greatest quote related to choice of firearms known to humankind. He uses it with some load that fires seven projectiles in a fairly wide spray, capable of going clean through a steel door, a human skull, and then another steel door.

"Why didn't you give me some kind of signal?" "I did, the signal was me blowing her head off." Here we can see that he uses it with the sights folded down, normally this would be a bad decision, but he was using it at very close range, he's already extremely skilled with all firearms, and it's possible that it could have caused issues with his X-Ray vision.

Rifles

Heckler & Koch HK416

In the shooting gallery scene, Peacemaker uses a Heckler & Koch HK416 carbine with a 10.4" barrel.

Barrett M82

In episode three, Peacemaker and Vigilante trade off on a Barrett M82 for one of Peacemaker's contract killings.
