Maze Runner: The Death Cure is the third installment in The Maze Runner film franchise based on the book series written by James Dashner. Adapted from the third novel, the 2018 sequel follows Thomas (Dylan O'Brien) and the surviving Gladers decide to take on one last mission: to infiltrate the "Last City" of WCKD (World Catastrophe Killzone Department).

Brenda (Rosa Salazar) carries a Beretta 84.
Browning Hi-Power
A Browning Hi-Power is seen used by Newt (Thomas Brodie-Sangster) in a deleted scene.
SIG-Sauer P226R
Thomas (Dylan O'Brien) carries a SIG-Sauer P226R as his sidearm in the film.
TiSAS Zigana Sport
Vince (Barry Pepper) uses a pistol that resembles a TiSAS Zigana Sport.
Walther PPQ
Janson (Aidan Gillen) carries what appears to be a Walther PPQ as his sidearm.

Ruger Security Six
Harriet (Nathalie Emmanuel) is seen with a stainless-steel Ruger Security Six.
Smith & Wesson No. 3 Russian
Jorge (Giancarlo Esposito) is using the Smith & Wesson No.3 Russian Model. The revolver is tucked inside his shirt and can be identified by the unique grip. It appears to be a commercial version with missing triggerguard's spur and barrel shortened about to 4".

CSA SA vz. 58 Compact
One of the "Crank" rebels (far right) is armed with a CSA SA vz. 58 Compact assault rifle.
M1 Carbine
One woman among the "Crank" rebels holds in hand a M1 Carbine.

Some soldiers of the WCKD (World Catastrophe Killzone Department) carries a M4A1 Carbine. Also Brenda (Rosa Salazar) is seen using this assault rifle fitted with a scope.
Salient Arms International Tier One Rifle

Winchester Model 70
It appears that the Winchester Model 70 that was used by Harriet (Nathalie Emmanuel) in Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials is still being used by the resistance.

The Kel-Tec KSG shotgun returns to be one of the primary armaments of WCKD. Like in the second film, the weapon is used to fire Taser-like rounds. This weapon also is used by Thomas (Dylan O'Brien), Newt (Thomas Brodie-Sangster) and Gally (Will Poulter).
Mossberg 500
It appears that Frypan (Dexter Darden) is using a cut-down Mossberg 500 during the rescue mission at the start of the movie.
