Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
Used by Agent Sever (Lucy Liu) and Agent Jeremiah Ecks (Antonio Banderas) in the climax scene.
M4A1 carbine
Used by Agent Sever (Lucy Liu).
SIG-Sauer P226
Agent Jeremiah Ecks' sidearm of choice.
FN P90
During the shootout at Vancouver Plaza, Sever commandeers an FN P90 from one of Gant's undercover agents and uses it extensivly during her fight with the police.
M203
Or just a prop Cobray flare launcher. Sever aquires an M4 with the M203 attachment on it and uses to kill a sniper on a rooftop during the Plaza shootout.
MP5K
Used by Gant's agent assigned to guard his son at the film's beginning.
Beretta 92FS
Used by numerous DIA agents and police officers throughout the film.
Unknown sniper rifle
Not shown clearly but it's probably an SL8 or SL9 fitted with supressors
Glock 22
Drawn by one of the FBI agents sent to retrieve Agent Ecks immediately before Ecks disarms and disables him.
1911
Gant hands one of his men a specially modified 1911 pistol designed to fire backwards with the order to shoot himself in the temple. The intent was that the man's life would be sparred if he followed orders, discharging the round harmlessly to the side, or ended if he turned the gun on Gant. The oblivious agent chose the latter course of action.
M60 machine gun
During the plaza shootout a special assult team arrives with an armored vehicle with a specially mounted M60 to assist the Police and Gant's men. However, Sever manages to takeout the assult team and turn the machine gun agains her attackers to great effect.
It's not the M60E3, its the standard M60. Just saw that scene.
Heckler & Koch FABARM
Ecks carries a Heckler & Koch FABARM shotgun in his pursuit of Sever after the plaza engagement. He later uses a similar gun against Gant's men in the final showdown at the train yard.
Galil with unknown Grenade launcher
While helping Ecks escape the prison transport bus and during the resulting action against DIA agents in the scrap yard, Sever carries a Galil assault rifle (as identified by its forward grip, finish, and folding stock) fitted with a Grenade launcher which she uses to destroy the bus and topple several piles of vehicles in the scrap yard.
- Wasn't that an AKS-74U?
- The shape may be the same as the 74, however the Galil was created from the same tradition as the 74 so the shape would be expected to be similar. The black finish on Sever's rifle however, is common on almost all Galils but something I have never seen on AK-47/M/or 74.
- I just checked the "Girls With Guns In Cinema" web site, and it is most definitely an AKSU-74. It doesn't have black furniture; it just has very dark wood, plus the lighting is a bit off. Also, the AK-74M does in fact have black plastic furniture, which is one of the main things that distinguishes it from the original AK-74. Here are pictures from the movie of Sever using the AKSU: http://moviebadgirls.com/Ballistic_3.html
I agree, most certainly an AK. Looks nothing like a Galil, check the link above.
"Street Sweeper" shotgun
Before climbing out of the wrecked prison transport bus, Ecks grabs a "Street Sweeper" shotgun with a full length barrel which he uses ineffectually against Sever.
Milkor MGL grenade launcher
Used by a few of Gant's men in the final engagement at the train yard. They fire numerous rounds at Sever but only manage to destroy the shipping container she was standing on.
Heckler & Koch G36K
Seen on Sever's armory wall and used by Ecks during the train yard fight with Gant's agents.
Ithaca 37 'Stakeout'
Seen on the wall of Sever's armory.
Heckler & Koch USP
Sever removes a USP from the rack in her armory and gives it to Jeremiah Ecks right before the climax engagement with the DIA agents though he never uses it durning the shootout.
