Journey Southwest Cesta na jihozapad ) is a 1989 Czechoslovak Western movie directed by Zdenek Sirový and loosely based on short stories by Jack London. Teenage boy Ben (Jirí Strach ) after the tragic death of his father lives in the camp of gold prospectors. Chett Adams (Jirí Schmitzer ) who recently appears in the town wants to help the boy and uses the money he won to send Ben to school south-west (hence the title of the movie). But the journey for a better life becomes the hard school of life and makes Ben a grown man.

Revolvers Colt Dragoon "Grandfather" Jones (Milan Sandhaus ) carries a Colt Dragoon revolver. The gun has a finger spur on trigger guard that is uncommon for genuine Colts; possibly this is a sign of European copy. Also the revolver has a rear sight that was used on carbine version (with detachable shoulder stocks) of Dragoon.
