The Girl from the Legend Devushka iz legendy ) is a Soviet Uzbek 1980 made for TV two-part movie directed by Georgi Bzarov and Akmal Akbarkhodzhaev. It depicts the life of Uzbek girl Mayna Khasanova (Shoira Tursunbayeva ) who becomes a revolutionary and then Red Army soldier during the Russian Civil war and was awarded by the Order of the Red Banner.

She captured this gun from a Emirate of Bukhara high rank official Valikhan (Kuatbai Abdreimov ). C96 pistols are also carried by several Red commanders.
