X-Men Origins: Wolverine
The following guns were used in the film X-Men Origins: Wolverine:
The screencaps on this page are from a High Definition trailer and are not bootlegs. They are 100% legal.
British 1853 Enfield
James Howlett (Hugh Jackman) before he is "Wolverine" is seen carrying a British 1853 Enfield as a Union soldier during the Civil War.
Springfield 1903
James Howlett (Hugh Jackman) uses a Springfield 1903 while fighting in the trenches during WWI, as does Victor Creed (Liev Schreiber).
M1 Garand
When James Howlett (Hugh Jackman) serves in WWII, some of the men he serves with are armed with M1 Garands.
M1 Carbine
Some of the men serving with Howlett are seen using M1 Carbines during WWII.
M1A1 Thompson
James Howlett (Hugh Jackman) is seen using an M1A1 Thompson during the fighting in Normandy during WWII.
Colt Model 733
James Howlett (Hugh Jackman) is seen armed with a Colt Model 733 while serving in Vietnam. This gun was not available at the time and is an anachronism.
Taurus PT92
David North aka "Agent Zero" (Daniel Henney) carries two pairs of stainless Taurus PT92s in the film.
Beretta 92FS Inox
Agent Zero (Daniel Henney) uses a Beretta 92FS Inox fitted with a sound suppressor to shoot a cheap cigar in half while it is in Logan's (Hugh Jackman) mouth when he confronts him in Canada.
- ^You know, I found this image on a google search, but I'm pretty sure someone built this themselves and stole my screencap seen higher up. Compare the picture to the right and you'll see they match exactly. It could be coincidence but I'm suspicious. - Gunmaster45
Browning M2HB
A military vehicle in hot pursuit of Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) fires a Browning M2HB at him as he drives away on a motorcycle. Wolverine then does a hard turn and flips the vehicle with his claws. One of the guns he destroys by chopping off the barrel with his claws, while another he uses to fire at the helicopter before it is destoyed by a rocket.
GE M134 Minigun
The helicopter in pursuit of Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) has a pintle-mounted GE M134 Minigun, which the gunner uses in an attempt to kill him. The sound effect of the gun firing is far too slow for its actual cyclic rate (in fact, they use the same sound report when depicting the M2HB firing!).
M60 Machine Gun
Victor Creed/Sabretooth (Liev Schreiber) is seen firing an M60 machine gun from the side of a helicopter when he served in the Vietnam War.
MG34
Victor Creed (Liev Schreiber) is seen taking an MG34 off a mounting and using it against Nazi's in a bunker on D-Day.
MG42
Germans can be seen firing MG42s from the bunkers on D-Day.
Heckler & Koch G36K
John Wraith (Will i Am) uses a Heckler & Koch G36K fitted with a Heckler & Koch AG36 Grenade Launcher during the first mission in the movie.
M16A1
US soldiers during Vietnam hold up Victor Creed (Liev Schreiber) with M16A1s after he kills his commanding officer. When he and Howlett (Hugh Jackman) are tied up to posts and shot by a firing squad, they too are using M16A1s. Some maybe be XM16E1 rifles but this will remain unconfirmed as of now.
M1911A1
Victor Creed (Liev Schreiber) is seen with an M1911A1 in his holster while serving in Vietnam. Col. William Striker (Danny Huston) intimidatingly flashes one in his holster when he has Kayla Silverfox (Lynn Collins) explain his plot to Wolverine (Hugh Jackman).
SVD Dragunov
David North/Agent Zero (Daniel Henney) uses an SVD Dragunov to snipe the two kind old people who helped Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) out and then blames the deaths on him as an excuse to attack him.
Ruger Redhawk
Col. Stryker (Danny Huston) uses a stainless Ruger Redhawk (not the newer Super Redhawk, which would be anachronistic) loaded with adamantium bullets to shoot Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) five times, two of which are fired into his skull, erasing his memory.
- ^Well, Wolverine uses a M733 in Vietnam, which is anachronistic. Just because it would be wrong to have, doesnt mean that it isnt the Super. The Winchester
- Well, that's true. You can also tell because it doesn't have the thicker frame and ejector rod housing that a Super Redhawk has. - Gunmaster45
- Actually, the movies seems to take place in the present day, so it wouldn't be so much of an anarchronism. - That person
- Uh, no. Howlett was turned into Weapon X during the 70s (60s in the comics). It's assumed this is when the movie takes place for the largest duration. - Gunmaster45
- So that would mean the PT92's, the G36K/GL, and the Humvees would be anarchronistic? The film looks pretty modern-time all over, and this may just be like Casino Royale, in which the series is rebooted but shown as being in the modern times. -That same person

AKM
African soldiers seen during the first Department H mission in the film use AKMs to fire on the team.
Some also use the folding stock AKMS. Many members of the team have them slung over their backs, including James Howlett (Hugh Jackman).
12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun
Thomas Logan (Aaron Jeffery) uses a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun to kill John Howlett (Peter O'Brien) at the film's start. The old man who takes in James Howlett (Hugh Jackman) after he is turned into Weapon X also uses a side-by-side when he searches for him in his barn.
Karabiner 98a
A German soldier during WWI shoots Victor Creed (Liev Schreiber) with a Mauser carbine determined to be the Karabiner 98a during the "back-to-back" scene.
