Handguns
Beretta 92FS
Sectran Couriers guarding the package are armed with the Beretta 92FS pistols.
Desert Eagle
A blued Desert Eagle in .50 AE can be seen in Jerry Shaw's (Shia LaBeouf) apartment when he is framed as a terrorist.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is used on several occasions in the film. Police officers are seen pulling their Glocks on the armored car guards. A Glock is also pulled on Jerry during his confrontation with ARIA. Jerry Shaw (Shia LaBeouf) also shoots a Glock while wearing a Capitol police uniform at the Library of Congress.
SIG-Sauer P229R
FBI Special Agent Thomas Morgan (Billy Bob Thornton) uses this as his duty weapon. He later gives it to Jerry Shaw along with his badge. Jerry also gets a hold of this gun in the airport scene after Morgan drops it. He later puts it on a metal cart when he escapes the airport. In the scene in the tunnel, Morgan's weapon changes from a Sig P229R to a Sig P229R DAK (Double Action Only).
SIG-Sauer P228
Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) Special Agent Zoe Perez (Rosario Dawson) uses the AFOSI standard issued weapon, the SIG-Sauer P228. In an continuity error, Jerry (Shia LaBeouf) has a P228 instead of the P229 Morgan give him in the tunnel scene.
Shotguns
Remington 870
Jerry Shaw (Shia LaBeouf) and Rachel Holloman (Michelle Monaghan) each get a hold of a pistol-gripped Remington 870 with a high-capacity magazine tube from the back of an armored van which they use to threaten the guards that are carrying the package.
Submachine guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A5
FBI agents are seen using Heckler & Koch MP5A5 when they arrest Shaw.
Rifles
AKM with GP-25 Grenade Launcher
An AKM fitted with a GP-25 grenade launcher is seen in the hands of a tribal fighter at the film's beginning.
Armalite AR-10
A possible Armalite AR-10 fitted with scope and a suppressor is held by a Special Forces soldier tracking a possible terrorist target.
Barret M82A1
This .50 caliber Sniper rifle can be seen disassembled in one of the packages that Jerry Shaw opens, along with a few dozen rounds.
M16A2
What appears to be an M16A2 is slung on the shoulder of a U.S. soldier at the airport.
