7 Days To Die

The following weapons are seen in the video game 7 Days To Die.

NOTE: You can either find the weapons in loot containers (airdrops and zombies included), except for the "44 Magnum" and "AK47", or find the weapons' parts and assemble them, as long as you had found a specific book/manual.

Handguns

Beretta M9

The Beretta M9 appears in the game as the "Pistol", and is the first handgun in-game. In a odd design choice, the slide never moves when the pistol is either fired nor reloaded.

Reloading the "Pistol". Note the uncocked hammer, which never moves when the weapon is fired, meaning that the gun is, more or less, a squirt gun

The player then, somehow, finishes the process by stroking the slide, as the slide does not move at all.

.Smith & Wesson Model 629

The Smith & Wesson Model 629 appears in the game as the ".44 Magnum", and is the only revolver in the game. The .44 Magnum is the strongest handgun the player can find, using the .44 Cartridge. Strangely, the icon for the magnum has a silver color while the actual model is darker. Another odd thing is that the hammer seems to be non-functional, as it's never cocked or moves when the weapon is fired. Lastly, the description of the gun references the film Dirty Harry.

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5SD

The Heckler & Koch MP5SD appears in the game as the "SMG", and much like the other firearms it remains the only submachine gun in-game. Oddly though, the gun is never fired suppressed nor the "suppressor" hide the weapons flash.

Shotguns

Unknown Shotgun

One of two shotguns in the game, the "Shotgun" is one of the strongest weapons in the entire game, able to deliver devastating damage up close. Like the .44 Magnum, the weapon is colorized in the icon, but the actual model is blackened. NOTE: Both shotgun use the same reload animation.

Firing the shogun at nothing important (unless you think fog is deadly).

Unknown Sawed Off Shotgun

The other shotgun you can acquire, it seems to be more or less a sawed-off version of the standard shotgun.

Blunderbuss

The oldest weapon in the game, the Blunderbuss is the only gun in the game to not require weapon parts to craft.

Then, in a neat little touch, the player replaces the percussion cap before cocking the hammer

Assault Rifles

AKMS

The last of the rifles you can craft, the AKMS is also the only one to be fully automatic (at the cost of a very poor framerate). In game it is identified as the "Ak 47".

Finally getting fed up at starring at the fog, the player opens fire. Note that the flash doesn't seem to be emitting from the rifle.

After finishing his rage against the fog, the player proceeds to reload (Thanks to a glitch, the player's hand never touches the magazine during the entire reload process)

The magazine materializes in the AKMS then, 5 seconds ahead of the actual reload animation, again due to the glitch

Sniper Rifles

Remington R11 RSASS

The Remington R11 RSASS appears in the game as the "Sniper Rifle", and is the strongest of the two sniper rifles you can acquire in-game. Surprisingly, unlike the Magnum and Shotguns, both the icon and real-world model are the same color. Again, the weapon is fitted with a suppressor but it seems to just be there for cosmetic reasons.

Remington Model 700 BDL

The Remington Model 700 BDL appears in the game as the The "Hunting Rifle". Oddly, it gun can only fire one round before needing to be reloaded despite being based on a magazine fed rifle. In another odd design choice, you can't put a scope on it.
