Vladimir Menshov (born September 17, 1939) - Soviet and Russian actor, film director, screenwriter, producer. Winner of the "Oscar" in the category "Best Foreign Language Film" for the film "Moscow Does Not Believe in Tears" and the USSR State Prize (1981).
