How exactly would one be able to work the Volcanic Repeater one-handed with any efficiency? I ask only because I recently got RDR and such an action design looks like it would require two hands to work with any speed. Seems like it would be extremely awkward, too. For a rifle it makes sense since you can put your whole hand into working the lever, but with the Repeater it's pull the trigger, flick the lever, pull the trigger, flick the lever. I could see someone under stress mistakenly trying to pull the lever and flick the trigger, then getting shot by the other guy. :S Spartan198 (talk) 18:46, 26 February 2013 (EST)
- Maybe you're supposed to work it one-handed, a la John Wayne? - User: 2wingo
- That's what I'm asking, how are you supposed to efficiently cycle it one-handed? Spartan198 (talk) 21:13, 26 February 2013 (EST)
Same way Hollywood does it. Flipcock it.Mr.Ice (talk) 21:18, 26 February 2013 (EST)
- Maybe that would work for a heavier and longer rifle, but a pistol--probably not. Spartan198 (talk) 07:37, 2 April 2013 (EDT)
