The Bridge (Titled Bron/Broen in Sweden and Denmark) is a television mystery crime series that centers around Saga Noren (Sofia Helin), a emotionally detached detective from Sweden and her Danish counterpart Martin Rohde (Kim Bodnia). The duo find themselves working together when the body of a politician is found bisected on the border between Sweden and Denmark on the Oresund Bridge. Their investigation uncovers a ruthless serial killer hell-bent on revenge and serving his own twisted sense of justice. The series, which premiered in 2011 and was a Swedish/Denmark co-production, was adapted as the US/Mexico-produced series The Bridge (2013), and the UK/French-produced series The Tunnel.
The following weapons can be seen in the TV series The Bridge (Bron):
SIG-Sauer P220
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
Glock 17
Reck Mod. PPK
Saga Norén (Sofia Helin) uses what appears to be a Walther PPK. Upon closer inspection, the pistol is actually the blank-firing Reck PPK replica manufactured by the German company Umarex.
