Plan C is a 2012 Dutch crime drama about Ronald Plasmeyer (Ruben van der Meer), a small-time Amsterdam detective, struggling with financial problems because of his gambling habit. When he’s threatened to pay his debts, he comes up with a plan that will solve all his problems.
Ronald enlists petty criminals Bram (Ton Kas) and Gerrit (René van 't Hof) to rob an illegal poker tournament he's taking part in, providing him with a perfect alibi. Quick, simple and non-violent; the plan is fool proof... until people start getting killed during the robbery.
In addition, Bram and Gerrit take off with the money, leaving him empty handed. To make matters worse Ronald's colleagues in the police force begin to suspect him of the robbery, setting the stage for a nerve-racking game of cat and mouse.
The following weapons can be seen in the movie Plan C:
Colt M1911A1
Bram (Ton Kas) brings along a M1911A1 for Gerrit (René van 't Hof) to use during the robbery. He refers to it as ‘an old warhorse’ and interestingly it jams on several crucial occasions. In the final scene, it is also used by Ronald (Ruben van der Meer).
Walther P5
The Walther P5, the proper side-arm of Dutch police at the time, can be seen carried by police officers as well as by Ronald in the final scene at the hotel.
Intratec TEC-9
In addition to the M1911A1, Bram brings an Intratec TEC-9 to the robbery of the illegal poker tournament. He uses it briefly during the robbery but ditches the gun at the crime scene.
