I do not think that Dembe has a Phantom, and the show gun you can see that the ejection port wraps all the way over the top of the slide and down the left side slightly, as opposed to the Phantom where it only extends about half way over the top. Also, it has different sights to the Phantom. If it was a CZ it looks more like a P-09 to me but I cant see it clearly enough to work out if it is this or not.
