The following weapons were used in the film Rush Hour (1998):
Pistols
Beretta 92FS Inox
LAPD Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker) carries a Beretta 92FS Inox as sidearm throughout the film. Sang (Ken Leung) uses one fitted with a compensator. When Carter attempts to stop Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) from getting to the Chinese consul, Carter draws one on Lee before being disarmed and held at gunpoint by his own Beretta by Lee. Carter then draws a backup Beretta 92FS and points it at Lee before a cab driver draws his own Beretta 92FS onto the duo.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is used by many of the FBI agents including FBI Special Agent Dan Whitney (Rex Linn). LAPD officers draw their Berettas when they mistake Carter for a criminal. Chief Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) holds and even disassembles one. Detective James Carter also has a 92FS as a back up weapon and notably uses it during the standoff with Lee before a cab driver pulls out his own Beretta 92FS and points it at Lee and Carter.
Norinco Type 54 / Model 213
Many of the Chinese gangsters in the film use Norinco Type 54 / Model 213s. Carter also uses one.
Glock 17
In the beginning of the film, Chief Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) can be seen wielding a 2nd Generation Glock 17 while chasing Sang (Ken Leung). Other FBI agents are armed with the Glock. During the final firefight, a Chinese gangster can be seen hastily reloading another Glock 17 before being disarmed by Inspector Lee.
SIG-Sauer P226
FBI Special Agent In Charge Warren Russ (Mark Rolston) also carries a SIG-Sauer P226 as his sidearm in the film. During the final firefight, an FBI agent can be seen firing a SIG-Sauer P226.
Browning Hi-Power (Two-tone)
In the beginning of the film, Clive (Chris Penn) attempts to take Detective Carter (Chris Tucker) hostage with a two-tone Browning Hi-Power when two cops arrive.
Smith & Wesson 3913NL
LAPD bomb expert Tania Johnson (Elizabeth Peña) carries the Smith & Wesson 3913 as her weapon of choice. She is seen pulling it from a thigh holster and using it during the final confrontation at the Chinese art exhibition.
M1911A1
During the final firefight, Commander Griffin/Juntao (Tom Wilkinson) can be seen with a silver M1911A1 pistol, while he attempts to make his escape. He later discards it by throwing it off the catwalk top.
