D.P.'s weapon of choice was specifically the "trench gun" variant of the Winchester Model 1897. Also, isn't a M1 carbine cut down to pistol size the same thing as an "Enforcer" pistol? Atypicaloracle 18:56, 17 June 2010 (UTC)

List of firearms
A previous incarnation of this page was deleted a while back, and here are all the guns that were listed. There seems to be a lot more here than on the existing page.
<!--==Winchester Model 1897 pump-action shotgun==
Main weapon of Desert Punk.

<!--==Remington M40A1 sniper rifle==
Desert Punk acquires a Remington M40A1 sniper rifle in the fourth episode but would later lose it later in the same episode when the Shimmer Sniper puts a bullet through it. It is later repaired and used by Kosuna at various points, notably during Desert Punk's meeting with the Machine Gun Brothers and after Desert Punk's supposed death.
An M79 grenade launcher was seen in the hands of Rain Spider in the 8th episode "A Dog in Heat". The same weapon was picked up by Desert Punk in the same episode. Kosuna is also seen using the M79 grenade launcher as her primary weapon in several episodes.

M3A1 submachine gun
A modified M1 Carbine is the main weapon of Rain Spider. The M1 Carbine Rain Spider uses has its barrel shortened and its stock removed so the carbine is cut down to pistol size.It is also made out of steel.

It's an Iver-Johnson Enforcer Pistol, not an M1 Carbine.

Calico M100
I love this series! Have them all on DVD. The English language translation is obviously quite a bit different (and much more funny and twisted) than the Japanese original script. If you pick these up on DVD you won't regret it. From DP's disdain at his adversary's choice of a Dragonuv in the first episode through his failure in "his never ending quest to get laid" as one of the Machine Gun Brothers puts it, to the final surprising role reversal in the last episode, I never failed to get a good laugh and be entertained by this 6 DVD set.-harleyguy
Screenshots needed
I hope you have screenshots of this anime soon. I can't wait to see it. --Dangerman 1973 02:52, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
Just a reminder. No Screenshots, no page. If this page has no screenshots within a few months, then it gets deleted. IMFDB is doing a quality sweep of the site (that is ongoing) and there are many new pages (and old ones which various members are trying to fix). Just a heads up. Somebody start getting screenshots of this show. :) 76.202.198.159 04:51, 6 January 2010 (UTC)

Revolver
It's not a Model 29 as the screen revolver lacks adjustable sights. It looks too generic to be identified but definitely not a Model 29. Greg-Z (talk) 10:56, 25 January 2015 (EST)
I agree that shot is a bit too undetailed to ID - If you wanna go by the second screencap on the Walther P38 listing, that revolver sppears more to be a Colt New Service instead of a S&W, though I don't know if that's supposed to be the same gun or not. StanTheMan (talk) 13:06, 25 January 2015 (EST)
