Sergeant Thomas Jefferson "T. J." Hooker (William Shatner) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 19 Combat Magum as his sidearm in the series.

The Smith & Wesson Model 10 is the revolver carried by officers of the "LCPD" in the series including Officer Vince Romano (Adrian Zmed), Officer Stacy Sheridan (Heather Locklear), and Officer Jim Corrigan (James Darren).
