Lost was a television mystery series that followed a group of plane crash survivors who slowly discover the strange phenomenon surrounding the island that they have found themselves stranded upon. The series aired on ABC for six seasons from 2004 to 2010. J.J. Abrams directed the pilot episode and served as one of the executive producers.
