Repeating Lau Kin-Ming's training montage from the first film, Lau is seen training with a Smith & Wesson Model 10.
Short Magazine Lee-Enfield
In reused footage from the first film, a young Lau Kin-Ming (Edison Chen) is seen drilling with Short Magazine Lee-Enfield (SMLE) during the montage of his training as a cadet.

1911 pistols are a weapon commonly used by the Triads throughout the film.
