The following weapons were used in Season 2 of the television series The Last Ship:
The Beretta 92FS (likely standing in for the military-issue M9) is seen throughout the series and is the sidearm carried by CDR Tom Chandler (Eric Dane), among others.
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is again seen carried by Lt. Pete Norris (Derk Cheetwood) and other former officers of the Maryland State Police in Season 2's premiere "Unreal City" (S02E01) and in "Fight the Ship" (S02E02). At least a few mercenaries use them as their sidearm in "Solace" (S02E04) with one taken by SCPO Wolf Taylor briefly.
CornerShot (Glock 17)
In "Solace" (S2E04), one of the mercenaries is armed with a CornerShot equipped with what appears to be a full-auto Glock 17 during a confrontation with the Nathan James crew.
FN Five-Seven
What appears to be a FN Five-Seven with a weaponlight is seen near SCPO Taylor at the start of "Solace" (S02E04).
M1911A1
McGregor (Nathan Sutton) pulls an M1911A1 when confronting CMDR Chandler in "Unreal City" (S02E01).

In Season 2's premiere "Unreal City" (S2E01), guards at one of the body burning facilities can be seen armed with the Heckler & Koch MP5K. A few mercenaries on the Solace use MP5Ks as their primary weapon in "Solace" (S02E04).
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
In Season 2's premiere "Unreal City" (S2E01), several former officers of the Maryland State Police are seen armed with the Heckler & Koch MP5A3 while aboard the Nathan James.
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
In Season 2's premiere "Unreal City" (S2E01), several other former officers are seen armed with the Heckler & Koch MP5A2 while aboard the Nathan James. In "Fight the Ship" (S2E02), Tex is seen with the MP5A2 while disguised as a trooper.

Colt M4A1
The M4A1 carbine was the primary weapon carried by the sailors aboard the USS Nathan James during Season 1. The carbine is seen in the hands of CDR Tom Chandler (Eric Dane), Tex (John Pyper-Ferguson) and Lt. Carlton Burk (Jocko Sims), as well as American military personnel.
SCPO Wolf Taylor (Bren Foster) carries what appears to be a Steyr AUG A3 as his weapon of choice, beginning in "Solace" (S2E04).

Benelli M4
A Benelli M4 is seen with a resistance fighter when he secures a corridor near the end of "Fight the Ship".
Remington 870
A Remington 870 with wooden furniture is used by a resistance fighter working under Thorwald in "Unreal City". Another with possible synthetic furniture is used by another fighter in the tunnels.
Sniper Rifles
M14
A scoped M14 is used by a sailor on the deck of the Nathan James to provide cover in "Solace" (S02E04).
SVD Dragunov
One of Thorwald's men is seen armed with a SVD Dragunov in "Fight the Ship" (S2E02).
Machine Guns
Browning M2 Heavy Barrel
The Browning M2HB is seen first in "Unreal City" mounted on a MSP Humvee. In "Fight the Ship" (S2E02), PO3 O'Connor (Paul James) can be seen firing a Browning M2 Heavy Barrel to take down a helo that opens fire on the crew. M2HBs are seen mounted on American military Humvees throughout "It's Not a Rumor".
FN M249 SAW
In "Fight the Ship" (S2E02), a helicopter gunner is seen using an M249 SAW machine gun on the Nathan James crew.
M61 Vulcan
A US Navy F/A-18 Hornet with its M61 Vulcan is seen launching in "It's Not a Rumor" (S2E03).
FN M240B
The FN M240B is seen on the deck of the Nathan James, first seen in "Solace" (S02E04).
Grenades
Smoke Grenade
A red smoke grenade is used by a mercenary to cover his escape in "Solace" (S02E04).
