==H&K G36C==
==Heckler & Koch G36C==
Several guards in the warehouse are seen using [[Heckler & Koch G36#Heckler & Koch G36C|Heckler & Koch G36C]]s.
Seen in the hands of a guard in the warehouse with a red dot sight. He fires it at Max and then Max doges it by doing the shootdodge scene with the Mossberg Shotgun
Max Payne (Mark Wahlberg) carries a Taurus 4510 Judge revolver in 410 Gauge and .45 Long Colt as his backup gun in the film. The gun's ultimate power is grossly misinterpreted, since Hollywood sees this as simply a "shotgun revolver", when infact the .45 Long Colt it fires has more effective stopping power than the birdshot rounds it typically fires (based on the shot pattern left by the gun in the film, it is assumed he uses birdshot). In both scenes it is seen firing, it inaccurately fires six shots when the cylinder only holds five.
Charter Arms Undercover
A Charter Arms Undercover hammerless is seen on the table when Max Payne (Mark Wahlberg) is cleaning and loading his guns. It is assumed he keeps this as an ankle gun, but this is the only instance it is seen in the film.
A glass display case is seen in BB's office filled with several flintlock rifles/muskets and pistols. In the film it is not seen clearly so a promotional image is used.
Heckler & Koch MP5KA4
Mona Sax (Mila Kunis) carries a Heckler & Koch MP5KA4 fitted with a 15 round magazine as an unconventional sidearm hidden under her jacket by a sling. During the final assault, Max Payne (Mark Wahlberg) wields two MP5Ks akimbo, effectively dispatching corrupt police by the dozens. When Max confronts BB Hensley (Beau Bridges) on the building rooftop, BB fires on Max with an MP5K, but it runs empty before he can score a fatal hit.
Seen in the hands of the SWAT team that Max faced off.
M4A1
The corrupted SWAT team that responded to BB's call used these among their shotguns and MP5s. Regular NYPD units also used is seen with this rifle later in the film.
Shown on the front cover of film. Used when Max Payne is checking out the warehouse.
IMI Tavor TAR-21
Seen used by one of Lupino's men in the valkire storage room in Ragnarok.
FN F2000
One of Lupino's men is armed with an FN F2000 rifle.
Smith and Wesson model 36
The leader of the junkies pulls one on Payne before Payne disarms him of it and throws it in the bathroom sink.

Glock 17/22
While Max is hallucinating in the Aesir building, one Aesir guard sneaks up to Max with a Glock and tries to gun him down. But the guard himself is then gundown by Mona.
