Death and Glory in Changde (Chinese: 喋血孤城) is a 2010 Chinese war film based on the events in the Battle of Changde in 1943 during WWII. The 57th Division of 8,000 soldiers under the command of Lieutenant General Yu Chengwan (Ray Lui) defended the city of Changde from an attack by 30,000 Japanese soldiers.

The Nambu Type 14 Pistol is the standard handgun carried by Japanese officers.

A Japanese gunner uses a Type 11 Light Machine Gun. The prop is not loaded and the firing effects are CGI.

The Type 92 Heavy Machine Gun is used by Japanese soldiers.

A Type 24 Heavy Machine Gun is used by Chinese troops in defensive positions.

Japanese soldiers carry Type 97 Hand Grenades.

Both side also use Type 67 Stick Grenades, to stand in for the German M24.
