I apologize for the lack of in movie pics. Google didn't give me much and I don't own the movie. If anyone would like to add any pics, feel free to contribute.

Agent Rodriguez's handgun of choice. He only, however, used it once throughout the film, after waking up from a nightmare and firing three shots at the bedframe just above Randy's head.
Glock 17
Several are seen on the wall in Feng's secret armory.
Plastic Glock 17
Plastic Glock 17s can also be seen in Feng's armory.
IMI Uzi
Seen on several of Feng's guards. Agent Rodriguez also uses one.
Beretta M12
Several are seen on Feng's guards.
Norinco Type 56-1
Several are seen on Feng's guards.
It's either that or that short barrel AK varient no one knows the name of.
- Actually, MPM figured it was the Norinco Type 56-C. But this looks like a 56-1.
AK-47
Several genuine AK-47s can be seen on racks in Feng's secret armory.
Heckler & Koch UMP
One US soldier is using an UMP during the raid on Feng's secret base.
M4A1
Several of the US soldiers are seen carring M4s during the raid on Feng's base.
M32 MGL
Feng used one to hold up Randy during his escape.
Plastic Glock 17
Feng started to manufacture plastic guns in the movie, one of which being a Glock 17. Feng (Christopher Walken) used one to shoot a radio playing Randy's (Dan Fogler) Def Leopard CD during the final match.
Beretta M93R
When coming to the distress call sent out by Agent Rodriguez (George Lopez), FBI members infiltrate Feng's (Christopher Walken) hideout. The Commanding Officer (Matt Sigloch) of the FBI uses a Beretta M93R as a side-arm.
