In "Project Friendly Fire" (S03E01), ex-CIA agent Herman Joyce (Tomas Arana) can be seen pulling a Beretta 92FS Inox after being surprised by Tom Quinn (Matthew Macfadyen) before Tom then disarms him of the Inox.
Beretta 92SB
Carmen Joyce (Frances Tomelty) is seen retrieving and using a Beretta 92SB once she gets to a safe house in "Project Friendly Fire" (S03E01).
Beretta 9000S
Tom Quinn (Matthew Macfadyen) is seen retrieving and attaching a suppressor to a Beretta 9000S in "The Sleeper" (S03E02).
