In "Project Friendly Fire" (S03E01) former CIA Agent Herman Joyce (Tomas Arana) can be seen pulling a Beretta 92FS Inox after being suprised by Tom Quinn (Matthew Macfadyen) Tom then disarms him of the Inox and uses it himself.

Carmen Joyce (Frances Tomelty) is seen retrieving and checking a Beretta 92FS once she gets to a safe house in "Project Friendly Fire" (S03E01).
