Loyd Munroe (Elliot Villar) uses one taken from a New York State Trooper at the start of "The Longevity Initiative (No. 97)".

FBI agents, most notably Elizabeth "Liz" Keen (Megan Boone) and Donald Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff), are seen using Glock 19s throughout season 2. Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold) uses one in a dream at the start of "Dr. James Covington (No. 89)". A Berlin agent disguised as a Homeland Security agent use it to shoot Fitch's aide in "The Decembrist (No. 12)". A Smith & Wesson New Model No.3 with a pearl grip is used throughout "T. Earl King VI (No. 94)" as the sidearm used by the King family to settle differences by Russian roulette. Reddington uses it to execute the patriarch after escaping captivity.
