Shaft (2000) starring Samuel L. Jackson as the titular character was a remake of the original Shaft (1971) which starred Richard Roundtree.
The following weapons were used in the film Shaft:
Glock 19
Before being fired from the NYPD, Detective John shaft (Samuel L. Jackson) uses a Glock 19 as his duty handgun.
Kahr K9
For the rest of the movie, shaft carries his backup gun, a stainless steel Kahr K9.
Desert Eagle
Big man Leon (Stu Riley) uses silver chrome Desert Eagle to scare away one of Peoples' thugs.
Uzi
A couple of People's thugs are carrying Uzi. He seems to be carrying it as well during the final shootout.
