With Fire and Sword (original title is Ogniem i mieczem) is the 1999 war epic TV series, directed by Jerzy Hoffman and based on the novel of famous Polish writer Henryk Sienkiewicz. This TV series is the thirds of the trilogy, which also include The Deluge (Potop) and Colonel Wolodyjowski.

Wheellock Pistol

Many various characters uses the Wheellock Pistols. This pistols was used by Jan Skrzetuski (Michal Zebrowski) and othe Polish soldiers (include Michal Wolodyjowski (Zbigniew Zamachowski), Longinus Podbipieta (Wiktor Zborowski), Jan Onufry Zagloba (Krzysztof Kowalewski), Rzedzian (Wojciech Malajkat). Helena Kurcewiczówna (Izabella Scorupco) also fires this pistol at the one sciene. Bohdan Chmielnicki (Bogdan Stupka) and many of his cossacks also can be seen armed with Wheellock Pistols
