A CZ 75 SP-01 PHANTOM appears to be the sidearm of Dembe Zuma (Hisham Tawfiq) throughout the season, first appearing in "The Scimitar (No. 22)". One of Lord Baltimore's men uses a CZ 75 SP-01 PHANTOM as his sidearm when he raids the Hyland residence in "Lord Baltimore (No. 104)".
Glock 19
FBI agents, most notably Elizabeth "Liz" Keen (Megan Boone) and Donald Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) are seen using Glock 19s throughout season 2. Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold) uses one in a dream at the start of "Dr. James Covington (No. 89)". Mossad agent Samar Navabi (Mozhan Marnò) uses the Glock 19 while in the task force under the cover of a FBI agent. A Front cultist named Chris Perez (Blake DeLong), infected with the Apophis Strain, uses Navabi's Glock 19 to shoot her near the end of "The Front (No. 74)". A Berlin agent disguised as a Homeland Security agent use it to shoot Fitch's aide in "The Decembrist (No. 12)".

Yabari is seen showing off his Tokarev TT-33 at the start of "Lord Baltimore (No. 104)". One of Reddington's men pulls one out when he and Dembe corner the Major near the end of "The Major (No. 75)".

Walther PPK
A Berlin turncoat named Vargas (Paul Reubens) uses a silenced Walther PPK near the end of "Dr. James Covington (No. 89)" with Reddington using it later to take care of his turncoat associate. A stainless steel version is used by Dr. Linus Creel (David Costabile) near the end of "Dr. Linus Creel (No. 82)". Tom Keen uses a silenced PPK during a mission in Dresden, Germany to take out an arms dealer in the middle of "The Major (No. 75)".
